Unfortunately, we do not do reservations.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING FOR F.S.M?

Yes. We do provide Free Normal Mail for orders above SGD25.00.

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Yes. Our number is an emergency number that is always on 24/7 message response.

ARE THERE ANY DEPOSITS REQUIRED FOR S.G.G?

A security deposit of SGD50.00 is required to secure the date & price, fully refundable upon return of all items in good order.

Please note this amount will be forfeited if any item(s) found damaged / lost / stained.

Customer are required to pay full amount of the damaged / lost / stained item(s) during their possession should the amount exceeds the Security Deposit paid.

The Security Deposit paid, however, will not be refunded upon cancellation of bookings.

We have the rights not to secure your slot should the Security Deposit is not made within the time frame provided.

ARE THERE ANY SURCHARGES FOR S.G.G?

A surcharge of SGD80.00 applies for short turn-around time (less than 6hrs) between completion of setup & commencement of teardown.

Any changes in event dates made within thirty (30) days prior to event date, a surcharge of SGD50.00 applies.

Any bookings / payments made within thirty (30) days prior to event date, a surcharge of SGD50.00 applies.

Any bookings / payments made within ten to fifteen (10-15) days prior to event date, a surcharge of SGD80.00 applies.

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY FOR S.G.G?

The Security Deposit paid, however, will not be refunded upon cancellation of bookings.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

iBanking or ATM Bank Transfer for orders made through F.S.M

Full invoice amount to be paid in cash or Bank Transfer upon completion of delivery & set-up for S.G.G

DELIVERY, SETUP & TEARDOWN FOR S.G.G

All items will be delivered and setup 1 day prior to your event for rental services only (same day setup is subject to our availability only with additional charge of SGD80.00)

Setup will take approximately +/- 1hr.

You are required to arrange for someone to look after the rental items overnight while waiting for your event to start the next day. (for rental services)

Due to the use of lightings and electricity, kindly request your Town Council to turn on the power supply prior to setup.

Teardown approximately +/- 30 mins.

The security deposit will be refunded in cash during teardown, subject to all items are returned in good order.

CREATIVITY & DESIGN RIGHTS

We reserve the right of all usage, ownership, creativity & design for all the Works that we will produce.

Any special requests to add / changes to our design / items / deco / accessories will be charged accordingly.

Otherwise, please let our creativity flow freely.

RIGHTS TO AUTHORSHIP CREDITS

We also reserve the rights to use our work in our portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays our works).

Customer and ourselves agree that when asked, Customer must properly identify us as the creator of the Work.

Customer does not have a proactive duty to display our name / business name together with the Work, but Customer may not seek to mislead others that the Work was created by anyone else but us.
